TCO-PEG-NHS

TCO PEG NHS is an amine reactive, pegylated TCO (transcyclooctene) derivative that can react with tetrazine group. NHS reacts with primary amine groups at pH 8-10. The reaction of TCO tetrazine is a bioorthogaonal reaction that enables the conjugation of two molecules in aqueous solution fast and efficiently.
